The Faculty of Engineering, which was established under Çankırı Karatekin University, which is a local and National University open to the world, continues to train bright engineers of the future.
Our university is located in a socio-economically developed region due to its close location to Ankara. Our university was established on a large area in Uluyazı Campus; It has a modern campus that includes all useful facilities in areas such as accommodation, transportation, nutrition, sports, health, and culture. Çankırı Karatekin University Faculty of Engineering, being located in Uluyazı Campus, offers our students the opportunity to benefit from all the facilities provided by the campus.
Located in the Central Anatolia Region and known as the city of Yarenler, Çankırı continues to be a favorite of students in terms of education as well as its cultural heritage. As a young and dynamic university, the university continues to be the smiling face of the city and the region at full speed, and the Faculty of Engineering established in 2010 makes a great contribution to meeting the needs in the field of engineering science. Our faculty, with its departments providing education at undergraduate and graduate levels, aims to train engineers who are knowledgeable in their fields and have high application skills for sectors that are of vital importance and are the leaders of Turkey`s economy and technology. At Çankırı Karatekin University Faculty of Engineering; There are 6 departments in total: Department of Chemical Engineering, Department of Food Engineering, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Each of our departments has dynamic, innovative, and expert academic staff. In our faculty, education is given in line with BOLOGNA quality standards. Necessary studies are carried out for MÜDEK accreditation. All of the departments within our faculty are in the normal education type and there is no tuition fee. The education and training model of our faculty is formal education. During the Covid-19 pandemic, a distance (online) education model was applied. Face-to-face and applied courses are given in the classrooms, workshops, and laboratories of our faculty.

Students of our faculty can use infrastructure services such as sports facilities, cafeteria, dining hall, family health center, library in Uluyazı Campus, and all kinds of education, culture, social, sports, health, and technical infrastructure facilities in Uluyazı Campus. In addition, our students can participate in all activities such as talks, conferences and competitions organized by our units, especially student societies. Our faculty is in Uluyazı Campus. Students can easily reach the campus from the city center to the campus in a short time with the "Uluyazı" route urban public transportation vehicles. You can visit yurtkur.gsb.gov.tr for information about the dormitories for boys and girls in Çankırı, within and outside the Uluyazı Campus, affiliated with the Higher Education Credit and Dormitories Institution.
